When I called I was told that the check in time was 3:00 pm but we were to allowed check in at 1:00 pm I really did appreciate that because my husband wanted check-in because he was tired thank y’all and we already had extra towels in the room and we did not have even ask for them the only thing lol they didn’t have free drinks or free food at night most hotels have certain nights they would have different things that would be free for the costumes just something to think about to appreciate the costumes but overall we loved it

Convenient location, but some road noise

The location is convenient to USM and the staff was friendly. It's not too far from I-10 and we could hear a low level of road noise very early in the morning.

Would stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. We had some loud neighbors next to us, which took a bit of the shine off the trip but the hotel itself was as expected: clean, friendly service and decent breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and seems to care about the visitors. The breakfast was made with love. They had a variety of things to eat, not the cheapest. The coffee was made from coffee beam at the push of a button. You can get it 24/7 freshly made. The lighting in the room was brighter than most hotel (which I needed). The room was spacious and clean. The movie theatre and food are walking distance. I really enjoyed the stay
