I was not satisfied with the hotel. There was no telephone in the first room I was assigned to and I had to change the room when the bathroom flooded from water when the toilet was flushed. The hotel was not well maintained. There were also insects in the room.

When I checked in, one of the rooms hadn’t been cleaned, I was given a double instead of a king, and just general lack of maintenance. Last night, tried to watch a game on one of the 4 major networks, and it wasn’t available. I went down and asked for assistance, they said they would send someone up….never arrived. It felt like they are shutting down the hotel in a week

Disgraceful. While I was waiting to check in there were 2 men sleeping in the lobby. While checking in, a woman came up to the counter who clearly was a “working woman”. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but as I drove to the back of the hotel to park I felt like I was going to come across some sort of crime. Run down, dirty, and just a stone throws away from a strip club. Do not under any circumstance stay here. Currently working with Expedia to get a refund as the reviews and photos clearly told a different story.

There was a running toilet bowl all night. I asked for another room and was told they would send someone over to fix it instead. The man came up to check it but never came back to fix it. I went down two times, even saw the mechanic who said he would come up in 15 minutes, he never did. Yes, I turned the water valve off, but that's not the point.

The carpets are in poor condition and have been thrown out. The heated swimming pool’s water is freezing cold because they said the boiler is out of order. I also didn’t like the front desk clerk’s attitude; I felt he was very discriminatory and racist, and not welcoming.
