"Ab 15 Uhr ist Einchecken möglich.
Wir wollten dieses um 17 Uhr machen , haben dann auch den Schlüssel für unser Zimmer 302 bekommen. Also ab aufs Zimmer , dieses war dann aber leider nicht fertig. Dreckige Handtücher im Badezimmer auf dem Boden , Bett noch ungemacht und nicht frisch bezogen , nicht gesaugt u.s.w.
Also runter zur Rezeption und bescheid gesagt. Als alternative ein Zimmerdowngrade erhalten...Also dann nochmal irgendwie die zeit vertrieben und um ca. 20 Uhr unser Zimmer bezogen ! Irgendwelche ( ich nenne es mal Entschädigungsangebote ) vom Hotel und wenn es nur ne Cola oder nen Kaffee gewesen wären kamen nicht.
Frühstück fanden wir Persönlich auch nicht sehr lecker , auch wenig Auswahl an z.b. Wurst und Brötchen waren unserer Meinung nach sehr weich ( pappig ). Das ist allerdings Geschmackssache.
Wir werden hier sehr wahrscheinlich keinen Urlaub und auch kein Wochenende mehr verbringen."
