Excellent birthday trip!

My partner and I stayed a few days at Vapor 156 for my birthday last week. The property was stunning, the service was phenomenal, and we had the best time! We ate at the restaurant, scheduled massages on site, and had a wonderfully relaxing time. Jorge, the manager, was there for our every need and so incredibly helpful. He even organized a quick birthday song and delicious piece of cake from Chef Andy to help us celebrate! We highly recommend!

Boutique hotel in Havana old town

This boutique hotel really deserves that title - it's beautiful. Very friendly too. Staying there was a delight. It's in the old town, not Central, but cut-price taxis are booked to take you anywhere you want to go to.

This is the perfect home base to explore Havana. Exquisitely restored house in a residential area with the best staff and manager. I've stayed here several times. The service is the most personal, genuine and warm I've ever experienced! Each room is well appointed with beautiful antiques and decor, plus a/c and bathroom. Every time I come it's improved even more! They will take good care of you!

Amazing Boutique Hotel!

We love staying at this boutique hotel. It's a beautiful place steeped in history. The service was excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping services. I want to highlight that Chef Jorge and Chef Andi provided us with unforgettable service. The food was spectacular, and they made us feel right at home. I personally recommend this boutique hotel.

most unique place I've stayed in -20 ft ceilings 12ft doors large comfy rooms with AC foood & bev available but tourist priced - other food & bevy available within walking distance host is very personable but will pass on misinformation - we asked about laundry service - they took it and was not ready upon check out - asked about massage service offered and stipulated which day ... went to book it and was not available Property is high priced for the area

This wasn't a hotel, this felt like home. The staff are amazing. Jorge treated me well. Adrian was the night shift, he and I chatted all night. Vanessa was there during the day. The food is incredible. My room was cleaned every day. They arranged for me to sight see and take tours. My phone was stolen at the beach in Varadero (2 hours away). Vanessa offered to have me use her phone to call my family. She organized a taxi for me to get a phone and SIM card while I was there. The next day was my birthday and I was a little sad because I lost my phone. They made cake and sang for me on my birthday. They made sure I felt at home. The place was quite. The first floor is the lobby and eating area. The 4th floor is the roof top where you have breath-taking views. The hotel is in walking distance of Malecon. I was walking there at 10PM and at 5AM. I felt completely safe! Sit and talk with the staff about the background and culture. It's a free experience and you will learn a lot! I am planning to return to Cuba and will stay here again. This was an amazing experience because of the hotel staff.

Very charming old home converted to hotel, in heart of city, very safe area. Check in persons- Jorge and Venessa made sure that everything comfortable for us. Their welcome drink includes Mojito, could add some sweetness into it. Ginger cocktail very very good, best that we had in Havana. A/C works very well. Only had overnight stay, and he car with us all time so commuting everywhere was quite easy.
