We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax. Hammer House has A/C and central Heat with separate temperature zones, for individual comfort throughout the house. Wake up feeling well-rested in one of our beds which all have high end, pillow top mattresses and microfiber sheets. We provide a lightly stocked kitchen; coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.
During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be within walking distance of Corilla Lake.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels Kindly leave them on the bathroom floor. Please take out all trash in kitchen and bathrooms. The dumpster is located at the end of the employee parking lot by the back garage.
Additional requests Kindly strip all sheets off the beds and leave them in the hallway upstairs. Place all furniture you may have moved back in its original condition.
Check all window and doors are locked. Turn heat to 65. Turn A/C to 74
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
