I just spent 5hrs its close to airport. I was disappointed for the lack of shuttles to airport terminal and you need to pay extra for parking lot.

Poor service.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter. On arrival at check in my wife was asked for an email from me as I was not staying. So my wife had to come out of the que and ring me and wait while I stop my car to write an email. Not what I would expect from a Marriott.

Worst time ever getting transportation to the airport. It cost me £50 using the hotel recommended transportation. It o nly cost £15 when I caught a cab from the airport to the hotel. Wasted over an hour in the lobby getting a ride to the airport!

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay close to Heathrow airport, very comfortable and cozy, staff all over really helpful and accommodating, the breakfast we had was truly delicious and flavorful, Kitchen and staff was very attentive and kind. we will stay here again on our next visit
