Hotel was nice but staff not very well with it. Also the coffee in lobby was cold each time I went to get it, even in the morning. I think it’s ridiculous that they charge for a breakfast “ buffet” which is not any better or as good as some of the hotels we stayed at that offered same thing for free!…not to mention the hotel prices sometimes were 75- to $100 cheaper

Clean, quiet, comfortable

We end up in Hays at least once a year on our way out west or on our way back home. The Hilton Garden Inn has become the only place we’ll stay there. It’s always clean, quiet, and comfortable. They are very dog friendly which is a must for us.

Review for Hilton Garden Inn Hays During our recent visit to Fort Hays, Kansas, to see our son in college, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hays. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the modern decor made it feel comfortable and inviting. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s rest after a long day. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic service. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast options to start our day. The location was also perfect—just a short drive from Fort Hays State University, making it incredibly convenient for our visit. We also appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Hays was excellent. It provided the perfect home base for our family trip, and we will definitely stay here again on future visits to see our son. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
