The staff at the restaurant were great. The food was great as well The property is run down. The pools unclean . The dream is out of order. The hottub is filth and one was out of order as well. Sand in the pool and hottub. Dated and needs major work. Blood fro fishermen was on the floor for overnight until it was mentioned by us. No staff cleaning or checking building Lights and showers were not working properly

Our room was clean. Staff friendly. We love that there’s 2 separate pool locations for family and there’s pool for 18+ only. We really enjoyed that! Would definitely come back to enjoy the spa next time.

The spa was great, enjoyed an hour massage. Pool facilities were very good except the sauna was out of order and one hot tub was diwn 2 of 3 days. Restaurant was very good.

Staff was excellent, we had a pretty bad leak from the window into our room. Due to heavy rain, nonetheless, we did not expect to have a bunch of water in the room.

Good stay, but place needs a bit of help

Stay was good. Overall, the hotel need a good clean up. The pools are the best part. The staff is super nice. The location is spectacular. The bones of the hotel are so good, just needs a a good vaccum, maybe a coat of paint here and there, and an update to some amenities.

Enjoyed a massage. Pools that were open were nice. Hot tub was closed for most of our stay. Cold plunge tub was hot. Sauna out of service.
