Insgesamt gut. Sehr sauber. Viel Technik. Balkon ein wenig eng; Balkon-Boden erneuerungswürdig; für 4 Personen wäre die Wohnung viel zu klein, für 2 Personen super. Kleine Mängel: kein Tischchen für den Balkon; keine Sitzkissen für Balkonstühle; kein Sonnenschirm; keine Wein-/Sektgläser; im Bad wenig Platz ( Stellfläche) für Zahnbecher, Deo, Shampoo etc. Toller Blick auf Binnensee und Meer; Fahrstuhl ( sehr klein) war 2 Tage ausgefallen. Insgesamt: 7 von 10 Punkten
