A very cosy hotel with absolutely fabulous views. The family room was really spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a single, giving us plenty of room to relax. Although the hotel itself is a little outdated, the stunning views more than make up for it and add to the overall charm. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for comfort and scenery

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food.

Really lovely hotel in beautiful scenery. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the restaurant is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It was just a stop on the way somewhere else for us but we both wished we had another night. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were polite and friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was very disappointing, very limited continental breakfast choice. I appreciate that avoiding food waste is important but not much selection at all. Is always a treat when staying away from home for us so wouldn't stay here again.
