Directly on the beach promenade with fantastic SEA VIEW and large SOUTH BALCONY - the special! The extraordinary 4-room apartment with additional gallery occupies the entire 2nd Upper and attic one (about 96 square meters). Three separate bedrooms (2 of them without full room height, well suited for children), bathroom with 2 pers.-Whirlpool tub and large shower, add. Guest toilet, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and glassed loggia with dining area and lake view and a large balcony to the south with sun until evening make the apartment a highlight! The apartment has a parking space. A beach chair on the beach is incl., A garage for bicycles and the like (for the entire house) available. In the house there is a sauna. There are from the house 50 m to the beach, about 3 minutes walk to the center! 5 stars from DTV (Deut. Tourismusverb.)

The Villa Germania is a very beautiful, completely renovated Art Nouveau villa in the first row directly on the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The famous Ahlbeck pier and the village center with grocery shopping, a bakery and numerous restaurants and boutiques are just a 3-minute walk away.The apartments of Villa Germania all have password-protected Wi-Fi (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and per device ) as well as a parking space. In addition, each apartment has its own beach chair on Ahlbeck beach (access in front of the villa), which is available free of charge from May to September. In front of the villa you can use the garden equipped with beach chairs and furniture. In addition, there is a storage room for bicycles on the property and in the house you can use for a fee, a washing machine and a dryer (coin operated). A sauna with relaxation room is also available for a fee (coin device).

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 09:00.
