It has a combination room with a double bed, a dining area and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and a comfortable seating area. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. From the apartment you have a direct, unobstructed lake view. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Germania have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device).
