For the location, it is a fine hotel & I’ve stayed here a few times when visiting family. To improve: the shower had a few spiders in it, the hot tub had chipping paint, breakfast started later than advertised & potatoes were ice cold, & stayed for 3 nights with no housekeeping services.

Hotel itself was nice and clean. I do have a couple complaints about the hotel. The main reason for me booking this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi and a pool. Well the jacuzzi jets weren’t not working and the water was not hot. The caulk and cement around the jacuzzi was coming apart and the jacuzzi had nasty bubbles in the water. The pool was cloudy looking and it was freezing. Our room was spacious and clean but the faucet in the bathroom was not working properly, it was just dripping water. We had to use the bathtub to wash our teeth’s. When I called the front desk I was told that they had like 25 rooms that had the same issue and they were waiting for the new faucets to come in.

Spent two days at this hotel with my children, we visited from Toronto, Canada and the staff is nice especially cleaning and breakfast staff who I interacted with more. Found some ants along the desk and tv area so that kept us cautious with having food uncover. Breakfast was decent and pool was nice and never crowded
