En esta ocasión no me fue muy bien, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacia mucho ruido y olía mal, el edredón olía a humedad. Un día por la mañana el chico de recepción no me quiso agendar la transportación por que no agende un día antes, por la noche fuí a recepción para gendar con anticipación el transporte para el siguiente día y la recepcionista en turno me dijo que solo me podía agendar el mismo día no antes :( Al final accedió después de que le platique lo del otro chico y me agendó el transporte.

El personal es muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. Los desayunos muy ricos y es genial encontrar café todo el día. Para nosotros fue maravilloso poder contar con una cuna para nuestro bebé en la habitación. Si tu estadía es por tu cita al CAS este es el lugar indicado.

Front desk is friendly. King Suite is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok - good fresh fruit options - eggs have meat in them so not good for vegetarian. Convenient location.

It was so hot there’s no outlet and the cleaning lady knocked 3times to ask what time we taking off the beds where so hard and the sheets were dirty the room was very dirty and I went for breakfast at 10am and there’s was no more very bad experience
