Everything was great, from the efficient and attentive staff to the quiet comfort of the room. Our only suggestion would be to have hooks in the bathroom for clothing and to hang towels to dry

We called ahead and asked for connecting rooms due to having teenage children with us. We were assured a note would be left and accommodation could be made. Needless to say, it was not. They were going to put us on separate floors. After a bit of complaining we were given rooms across from one another. Not ideal, but it worked.
