Mostly good. One elevator was out of service so there was congestion during peak hours. I hadn’t noticed the parking fee. Otherwise very kind staff. Breakfast was good.

Well maintained with a couple of minor issues.

I like the location, convenience, and cleanliness of this hotel. It is well maintained. The $15 parking in a dark parking lot seems a bit much. Also the breakfasts are subpar and the dining area is not monitored and tables are usually dirty.

Room was nice and spacious. Check-in was a long line and the woman at front desk was audibly annoyed about being alone at the desk. She even said aloud if the other person working didn’t show up soon, she was going to leave. Not very welcoming. Also the “restaurant” they advertise is run by the front desk folks, so if there’s a line to check in, you get ignored trying to order food.

I only stayed in between flights for a total of 5 hours. The property is definitely outdated but it wasn’t dusty as one might expect from a budget hotel that’s older. I was very comfortable. I typically whelp up because of skin allergies but did not. The cleanliness was a relief

The evening female staff insisted I had only 1 night. The following evening when I signed up for the shuttle she deactivated my key card. I had just left her to go to the swimming pool. I couldn’t access the pool and I called her. Even though she signed me up for the shuttle and gave me coffee for my room she looked me out. She asked me to come back to the desk for a new key card. She again stated I had 1 night. I explained 2 nights that I arrived on Tue and check-out would be noon Thursday. I felt this was very unnecessary since she could check her computer. I had digital receipts from: PaPal, Expedia, credit card and personal emails from Hyatt.
