Great hotel, Great location!

The hotel was much larger than we expected for the small town of Herrieden, but it was a very nice stay. The breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the scrambled eggs! The room was comfortable, but could use air conditioning in the warmer months. We look forward to coming back!

Offensichtlich haben wir, vielleicht weil wir nur eine Nacht über Expedia gebucht haben, ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer bekommen. Möbel, Bad und Ausstattung sind abgenutzt, auf dem Flur war teilweise schon der Fußbodenbelag entfernt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer war geräumig, Dusche und Toilette getrennt, alles sehr zweckmäßig, sauber und komfortabel. EXTRA: Es gäbe eine Duschhaube!!! Abends haben wir im hauseigenen Restaurant hervorragend und preiswert gegessen. das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz am Haus.

Comfort Doppelzimmer September 2022: Leider war unser Zimmer schon bei Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt. Wir fanden ein blutverschmiertes Teststäbchen eines Diabetesgeräts, der weiße Balkonvorhang wies verkrustete Flecken auf und am 2. Tag lag im frisch gemachten Bett eine Motte neben dem Kopfkissen. 2 von 3 Nachttisch/bürolampen funktionierten nicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich, hier allerdings war zb der Obstsalat vergoren. Im ersten Moment machte das Hotel einen guten Eindruck

Alles sehr gut und freundlich. Aber wenn man Hecken vor der Anlage schneidet sollte man auch Grünschnitt von den Terrassen entfernen. Sieht nicht schön aus. Im Zimmer mal die Gardinen waschen wenn man sieht das Reste von Fliegen etc darin sind.

Schlechtes W-Lan, Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück ok, Kein Fahrstuhl (wurde noch nicht geliefert). Ich glaube ich habe auch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht. Insgesamt ein eigentlich echt schönes Hotel, aber meine Erfahrung war dieses mal leider nicht so gut.
