It took a while for someone to arrive at the desk to check us in. The room looked like it had people in it that didn't care about the room. We've stayed here in the past and wouldn't have come back had we known the rooms need some TLC. Just because I use Expedia to save some money doesn't mean I want a cheap looking room. Breakfast could've used more hot options

Not a safe place!

We were only there for 5 minutes and asked to cancel our reservation. They would not do it. Room wasn’t safe…doors wouldn’t even lock. I ate the cost of the room and went elsewhere.

Zero stars!

The pictures online were obviously old because it looked well kept. It was dingy. The ENTIRE hotel smelled like cigarettes. As we walked down a hallway on the first floor near the front desk, there was a filthy room with the door propped open. There were clothes thrown all over, smelled like smoke, and a cat was sitting in the doorway starring at us. When we entered into our room on the second floor, it reaked of smoke as well, my kids immediately started begging us to leave. They couldn't stand the smell, the cat freaked them out, none of us felt comfortable sleeping on the beds, so we left. They said our money would be refunded, it still has yet to be!

Issues.

We had two issues with the room. The first room , the ac did not work, so we went to the front desk and after we tried what we were told to do, they moved us to a new room within 10-15 min. the next room the ac worked, but no light in the bathroom. I called the front desk. 3 hrs later still no light so we put the LR lamp in the bathroom. The pool wasn't clean and a few other issues, but we just mostly wanted to relax in the room anyway. the check in person was friendly, but the lady at the desk when we checked out was very, very helpful and friendly. She said she was going to talk to the GM about doing something about our issues with our stay.. so we are grateful for that. Normally I don't do too many reviews, but I wanted to do this one. To show kindness works both ways .. People are people whether you are the employee or guest in any situation. Over all No one got mad or was rude to the other person.

We were awoken at midnight by loud music in the parking lot. Called front desk and they got the people to turn down music but they didn’t leave. Don’t even think they were staying at hotel. No towels at the pool. Water cloudy. Air conditioning ducts were dirty. Hotel Needs to be remodeled

Let me start by saying that the staff were very polite and friendly! Unfortunately, the place seems to be in a state of disrepair. We stopped here to rest for a night during a long road trip. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. The room reeked of cigarettes (even though I booked a non-smoking room) and the air conditioner was broken. I asked for a different room, which they agreed to (although the person smirked when I asked as if they expected this to happen), and moved down to the first floor. The air conditioner worked GREAT here, but the temperature control did not work so it was either always-on or always-off. The place really needs to be renovated, it was just yucky all over... I wouldn't stay here again.

Even at this price point I would expect cleanliness. The room had numerous bugs crawling around, especially in the bathroom. In general that is an outward sign of lack of cleanliness and sanitary conditions.

Shower was moldy and toilet didnt work. Establishment listed hot tub and pool, but hot tub was bricked off and pool had so much chlorine it made my eyes hurt just walking into the pool room. Not staying here again.
