Worst check in experience ever

Check in was horrible. We arrived late and was sent to the room and the card keys would not work. Second trip down to the desk to have them reset the keys and still did not work. 3rd trip we received new keys that still didn't work. 4th trip the front desk person came up and tried the key herself only to find the key still didn't work. She went back down to change our room but came back up for the 5th time to try yet again...only to find out that there was already someone in that room. Tired and grouchy as hell and still waiting to get into a room. In addition, pet fee was $75 instead of listed $50 on hotels.com. One hour later, still trying to get into a room.

Great place to stay, and pet friendly

We stayed here for one night on our drive north from Florida, chose it for the pet friendly amenity. This is a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room. Nice bar and grill in the lobby with the nicest staff, basic food but good, and it was nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner after a long drive.

Exorbitant fees for a dog! I was advised the fee is customary. I thought the price of the ribeye was a great deal. The ribeye was mostly gristle and fat. Will not stay there nor would I recommend your hotel.

Room was okay. Sink in bathroom sucks water easily sits on the counter. Room had a smell. Pool was nice and warm. Lady works at the bar/breakfast area (not sure of her name) skinny brown skinned lady with twist was rude as ever. People like her just need to find a job thats not customer service centered. Two cooks for breakfast 5/4/25 were amazing i wish i knew their names but they made up for their coworkers rudeness.
