問題多いホテル

フロントスタッフが、お名前を記入下さいと言って、記入しチェックインしようとしたら、呼び止められ、住所が抜けてると言われました。申し訳ございませんがとか、自分の手違いを詫びる事なく、こちらのせいにさらました。老人の男性スタッフは使い物になりません。車の確認もなし、チェックアウト時も、フロントに人がいなく、わざわざ食堂に呼びに行く始末。いつもいなければ、呼び鈴の設置がいるのでは？安かろう悪かろうじゃ今後、経営は大丈夫か心配。
