The Franklin Terrace was a great option for our stay in Franklin. The location to downtown is perfect and the owner/staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back and stay there again next time we are in town.

Everything a bed and breakfast should be- charming host, comfortable room, yummy breakfast! Plus screened in porches for reading or games. It’s an old house with modern conveniences and has a great story. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

Charming b&b. Used to be girls school in 1800s. Each room decorated differently. Breakfast delicious. If you want something different, safe, and charming, it’s worth consideration.

We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.

Our stay here was very relaxing. The home is very old and that gives it such personality. Loved the old furniture, pictures, decorations, etc. Our host made an amazing breakfast with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream. Would stay here again next time we go to Franklin!

The host and staff were awesome. Really nice sized bed and breakfast in the heart of Franklin. Only stayed for a night in the Baron room but it was so inviting and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was awesome and we really appreciated The host. Just had a great stay and hope to stay for a longer period of time next visit. Highly recommended!
