Holiday Inn is fine. It is Expedia that ruined my experience. I tried to cancel the room due to a big storm. Expedia’s complex website, plus its unwillingness to let me speak with a human left me unable to make any adjustment. I lost my money. I will not use Expedia any more!

Room was fine. Didnt eat the breakfast. We reserved a king suite 3 to 4 weeks before the visit. When we got there they told us there was none available as they had gave them all to out of town workers and they wouldnt be available for some time. It was obvious that they had purposely given it to them to maximize profit over my one night stay. They downgraded me to a standard double and told me i would have to go through hotels.com to try and get a partial refund. It took me arguing with hotels.com for nearly 2 hours just to get a $25 credit.
