We stayed here for a week with our two elementary aged kids and enjoyed our stay. PROS: Incredible location! Walking distance to Coligny Square and Celebration Playground. Extremely easy beach access. The pool was small but never crowded as the building doesn’t have a ton of units. Private beach access which also was not too crowded. The building was old but the unit itself was nicely updated and maintained with a well stocked kitchen. CONS: The laundry situation was an issue. There is no washer or dryer in the unit, which was not clearly stated in the listing, and I found it to be a huge inconvenience. There are two community laundry rooms in the building, but one was out of order for the entire stay and the other was constantly in use. I had also messaged the host prior to our stay to ask about laundry and they assured me it was free, but they were wrong. You’ll need 1 in quarters to wash and another 1 to dry, but be prepared to dry twice because the dryers don’t work that well. The master bathroom is also tiny. They did the best they could with a small space but I’ve seen bigger showers on a cruise ship. The sink is so tiny - water gets everywhere. The AC is all wall units, but they did ok at keeping it cool as long as the doors are kept closed. You can also hear the upstairs neighbors quite a bit.Worth it for the location but room for improvement, and the management didn’t seem that familiar with the property.
