The house was exactly what the 14 people in our family needed. Large spacious rooms for the 3 couples and beds for all the cousins. Nearness to the beach was a plus as was ample parking spaces. Since the weather was so good, we were able to use the outdoor eating places as well.

The house was great, the pool was amazing. Loved how close it was to the beach. When we had a few problems, they were quick to be fixed. More attention could have been paid to the cleaning of the house.

We had a great stay. House was unbelievable. 4 Families stayed and each had their own space and bathroom. I would suggest, adding cribs though, as part of the house package. We had to rent them and that was a bit expensive

Excellent choice for Celebration Vacation! Met all our needs and expectations for our 50th wedding anniversary gathering with our 2 sons, their wives, and 5 grandkids. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. Pool and hot tub were in almost constant use. (Hot Tub jets inoperable.) Easy walk to beach. Management company highly responsive to questions and promptly handled issue with one of the AC units.Highly Recommend and will definitely consider rebooking when family schedules can be coordinated.

Family vacation 2025

16 people stayed in this house. Great location. My 77 year old father had back surgery two months ago. The elevator made it so easy for him. The hot tub jets didn’t work; that was a bummer. The pool was hard for him to get in and out of without a handle. We did have some AC issues, but when I called, someone was out immediately to fix it. Some minor cleanliness issues, stains on the rug, and my daughter found empty alcohol cans behind the dresser in her room. Overall great experience and I would book this house again.

Fantastic

House was well stocked and very close to the beach. A 1 minute walk to a shaded sandy path for another 1-2 minutes walk and you are at the ocean. The private, covered pool is what sets this house apart - great for kids and families who want to relax. Management checked in several times. No issues at all. Highly recommend!

Awesome trip

My husband, kids and grand kids had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the house, its short walk to the beach and bike paths. They all are planning our next visit. The Team at Beachside Getaway Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with. Quinn, Will, and air conditioning tech, thank you for everything you did to make our visit a great memory!

Love Hilton Head

Property was spacious enough to give 4 kids age 5 and under plus 7 adults their own space!!:) Easy walk to beach along a path lined with live oaks and pine trees!! Beautiful!

Great location, lovely property, excellent service

My extended family had a great time staying at this house. It’s large with lots of room to spread out. We loved having access to the garage with the extra fridge and room to store our bikes. The pool is quite large and it was nice to have it screened in. Very easy walk to the beach. Most of the house is updated and we found the online pics to be accurate. The house was very clean. We had a couple of things we needed to call Beachside Getaway about and they were fantastic—easy to get ahold of and very quick to try and accommodate us. If you’re bringing a big group plan to buy some ice—this property could use an ice maker. Overall we enjoyed this property and it’s amenities very much!

Great vacation

The house was very nice, accommodating for our large family. Pool, hot tub very nice. Definitely a longer walk to the beach than 400 ft. We rented mainly for that reason bc my husband was disabled. Overall, a very nice place.

Great week in Hilton Head!

We had a fun spring break here. Great location near beach and just outside sea pines gate, house well equipped, easy and clean! Tons of space — we didn’t need half the bedrooms, but it would fit several families easily. The kitchen might be small for a larger group but there are lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc so it would work. Multiple dining areas too! Huge pool, heated well once it was turned on. The screened roof keeps out debris from trees and it was brighter than the pictures made it appear— it was really nice sitting out there. Lots of beach and bath towels provided, which was great. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect for a multi-family spring break!

This place was perfect for our three families on a spring break trip! Everything was well thought out, very clean, and it was the perfect location. Short walk to the beach through the neighborhood walkway. Kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for a multigenerational vacation

This house met all our needs for a large family to come together. Kids love the pool and access to the beach was perfect. Property managers were helpful with any questions while planning and setting up the bikes for us. House was well maintained and equipped for our stay.

Perfect!

This house is amazing. The pool was warm, hot tub was great. Bathrooms were spacious. Beds were super comfortable. The house was a really short walk to the beach, and the beach was in a private area so crowds were minimal. The home’s location is central to lots of shopping and dining options with a short drive. We wished we booked two weeks and were so sad to leave. Can’t wait to return.

Great beach house

Wonderful beach house that's close to the beach. Three master bedrooms and three smaller rooms are great for families. The pool is bigger than it looks and was a hit for the kids.

Overall the property was one of the best that we have stayed in.

We travel a lot rather it is cruising, flying to another country or staying in the the air B&B, but this was one of the best trips that we have had in the 25 years that we have been traveling. We look forward to renting the same location again in the future. Thanks again to the management for always staying in contact with us throughout the entire stay.
