Es grenzt an die StrÀnde des Atlantischen Ozeans, sowie an die Van der Meer Tennis University, das Spinnaker Fitness Center und die GeschÀfte und Restaurants von Coligny Plaza. Unser Stadthaus ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die StrĂ€nde des Atlantischen Ozeans sind nur einen Blockweg im Osten. Der harte weiße Sand ist ideal zum StrandkĂ€mmen, Joggen, Hundewanderungen, Volleyball, Paddelball und Burgen im Sand.

Ob Sie auf der Suche nach einem Ort in der NĂ€he des Strandes, eine ruhige tropische Umgebung zum Ausruhen oder eine hohe Energie / hohe AktivitĂ€t Urlaub, unser Stadthaus kann alles bieten. Diese Drei-Zimmer-Drei-Bad, private Residenz ist geschmackvoll in einem tropischen Dekor eingerichtet. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Wohnbereich und eine KĂŒche mit Bar-Höhe KĂŒchentisch und Hocker. Everything was great except beds were not comfortable, the fridge went out. Door was messed up. But I called and they brought out a little fridge for us and fixed the door in a timely manner. It is not a great area. Other than the beds and the small tv Everything was great. I like to lay in bed and watch tv but the tv was so small i couldn't. If I knew that they fixed the beds, I would stay again.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We had three children with us, ages 5, 9, and 11. The 9 and 11 easily rode bikes to the beach. There are beach toys and chairs and a wagon to carry them. There are three pools in the complex and we visited all of them. The condo is well situated near Coligny and Sea Pines. We had a great time.

Great location; unit needs some upgrades.

Let me start by saying that we absolutely love Hilton Head! The location of this townhouse is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. I will say that the 3 bathroom upgrades were done very nicely. The new living room furniture was well chosen and comfortable. Now for the bad news: the kitchen needs a lot more than just a facelift. The cabinets are old and pretty damaged, the icemaker is inoperable, the stove came apart during our stay and, it’s an understatement if I say that there is an excessive amount of items in the kitchen cabinets (67 coffee cups - no joke). We did speak to the property management team, Island Rentals, and they could not have been any more accommodating. Jay, especially was an absolute rockstar!! We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom and they did all that they were permitted to do by the owner, swapped mattresses. If you are only staying for a week, you might be able to look past a few of these things, but when it’s an extended stay, a difficult mattress is really hard to put up with. We even purchased an 100 mattress pad in an effort to help the situation. All in all, we love the development and will return
. likely just renting another unit.

Beautiful HHI rental!

40 Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family of six. The place is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are fabulous. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small but functional. The owners have provided all of the beach necessities. Parking is a little tight. Our only recommendation for the property was would be to improve the signage on the units and add more lighting for guests arriving after dark. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Breeze! The house was the perfect size for my husband and I, our two teens, and our older parents. The pool was nice and the back walkway to the beach was convenient. We loved biking and walking there.

Lovely family getaway!

We loved our time here with our parents and 2 year old daughter! The unit had everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was clean and close to Coligny beach. I enjoyed talking long walks on S Forest Beach and Cordillo. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great Location

Nice Townhouse

This property was very nice with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. It was a plus that it was dog friendly! The beach was close enough for us. Restaurants, shopping was close by. The property landscape and grounds were well maintained and very pleasing. Great trip!

Our stay at 40 ocean breeze

Our family stayed at 40 Ocean breeze and we had a great time. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was just right for our group of seven. The kitchen was great for when we cooked at home. It had everything we needed. The pool was nearby and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the 4 bikes provided almost every day. It also came with 4 beach chairs but we did not use them. The condo was very clean and tidy. We liked the condo and we really liked Hilton Head island.

4th of July vacation

Overall the property was quaint. It could use some upgrades, but was just like any other beach rental. The second floor shower did not work. The beds and pillows in each room needs updating. The downstairs bedroom door does not lock for privacy and the blinds need replacing as it had missing pieces. The pullout sofa bed was really dirty. All of the beds in each room had dirt under them. The next door unit is undergoing repairs and the noise began early each day throughout our stay. Our family would stay again if some uodates were made and the cleaning was updated. The walk to the beach and pool was nice and not long at all, just make sure you have a rolling cart for all your items needed. While I did list a few negatives, we had a great vacation.

Pros and Cons

It was a good location and I really liked having the bikes included with the rental. However, the floors were not clean at all. Under the beds were very dirty and the walking areas didn't seem to have been mopped. The biggest issue was parking. The parking areas are small and If you have a truck or large SUV, the spaces are so tight that it takes a lot of maneuvering to get in a spot.

Loved our stay! Great location, property just needs some TLC. Ice maker not functioning, property manager did bring by bagged ice but does need repair. Vertical blinds missing several in living room. Floors very dirty, feet stayed black without shoes on. Lacking pots other than one large one. No dish rags, had to buy something to wash dishes with. Toilet seats all have chips missing, and one doesn’t flush without holding the handle completely until done. Minor inconveniences, but all should be addressed. Public Beach not necessarily within convenient “walking distance”. Had to drive to public beach, and either pay a meter to park or go to a very crowded beach area.

Spring getaway

Nice property with good location. 2 queen beds and bedroom with two single beds (small for adults). Did not use kitchen other than to cut fruit, but pans/pots appeared rough. Knifes were extremely dull. Downstairs shower faucet controls were not working properly. 1 shower and done as result. Two additional showers upstairs. Outdoor stacking chairs very dirty - need to be cleaned. Did not use bikes, but plenty of trails to ride. Location to beach confusing
.we drove around to figure out. Recommend you provide map with directions to beach. Nice property for dogs. Cleaned where you could not tell dogs have stayed previously- I appreciate this a lot as our dogs are small and clean. Map with App necessary to find place as hard to see building numbers at night. Don’t know how we would of found without. We were out of property by 10am and noticed cleaning lady entering property at 10:05
so get out on time. Overall, nice place. Needs a little TLC to make perfect.

Great location in Hilton Head!

Loved the bikes being already at unit when we checked in. Rode every day! Unit is very spacious and bedrooms are spread out nicely in the unit; 1 down and 2 up. Not much outdoor sitting space as deck is very small and nowhere out front. Nice furniture. Unit needs a house book to help renters - or at least a printed sheet taped to the tvs to explain remotes and options. Also, 4 beach chairs were not in the unit so bring your own.

Location great/property needs work snd cleaning

Very tight parking lot to park (we have an F150), downstairs shower is small and storage is minimum, AC cannot go lower than 72 and I reached out to management company and didn’t get response, I was hot most of the trip, living room furniture is stained, main LR TV cable has to be reset every time it is turned off, microwave is full of rust, coffee pot doesn’t turn off, ice maker in fridge doesn’t work, dryer takes several cycles to dry. Overall the house needs a DEEP cleaning and this is on the owner not the cleaning company who cleans between guests. The bicycles were a nice touch and the walk to the beach is about 12 minutes. Very easy walk too. Coligny Plaza is within a very reasonable bike ride with places to eat and drink. The folder the management company leaves is full of great information. This property has the potential to be amazing if the owner will invest and give it a good deep clean and replace and or repair the appliances.
