Overall our stay was great with the exception of the check in, which was handled poorly. We were never informed that we could go directly to the property until we went to the check in location and then we had to asked for the key code which was later texted to us.

Such a nice place!

We booked last minute and were a little nervous about it but we were so pleasantly surprised! Super close to the ocean and a walk out straight to the pool. The home was super clean and a lot of little things were there that you don’t really think about like salt & pepper, cooking spray, laundry pods and more. A great place to stay!

Amazing Stay!!

We loved this condo! Check in was super easy- I received texts leading up to our stay that explained everything we needed to know for the check in process (which was basically just the key code) The specific location of this condo on the property was perfect for our family. It is STEPS away from the pool, which made it easy for our teens to go back and forth. The extra beach towels and welcome bag were very thoughtful and came in handy. Overall, we would definitely go back and book this same condo again!

I loved this property. It’s close to Coligny which has lots of fun restaurants and shops. The beach here is never too crowded. The Host 2 Coast management company is on top of things - lots of communication, details provided, welcome gifts and beach bag waiting for us as we entered the condo. The provided braced towels are a nice touch too.

This home was perfect for our mini family vacation. It was steps from the beach and we could ride our bikes to anywhere on the island. We loved the newly remodeled upstairs. The whole place was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Nice Unit

The unit was very clean. Kitchen was well appointed. The air conditioning was not working properly though. The first 3 days weren't that hot so I thought it was the normal "upstairs is warmer" thing but then I figured out that the air wasn't very cold. My dad noticed the AC unit outside was not turning on and off to run the fan. That needs attention. It was 80+ degrees the last 2 nights upstairs.

Great beach location

We enjoyed our 5 week stay. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is very small and storage is minimal - this was a challenge for an extended stay. The upstairs was recently renovated and is quite nice. The downstairs is due for a refresh soon. There are a few additional items to add to the unit: a safe for valuables, more than one dish towel, small recycle bin in the kitchen (temp holding place before emptying in the large bin outside)

Wonderful Stay

The accommodation was first class and had all the necessary in house amenities available. It felt like we were staying at a vacation home of our own. Having stayed in Hilton Head several times in this location was ideal for us. Host2coast were a very professional and responsive management group.

Walking distance to the beach

The location was perfect. We could walk on the beach in the morning, come back for lunch and easily walk back to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. Everything you need is there (toaster, coffee pot, pots, dishes, etc.). The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The bathrooms are a bit small and outdated but the location trumps the handful of negatives.

I rent VRBOs 3 or 4 times a year so I’ve rented from a LOT of companies and individuals. Host2Coast brings the wow factor...and I don’t say that lightly. Early check ins are rare these days but they actually called me the day before to tell me the unit would be ready much earlier than the normal check in time because it wasn’t rented on our check in day. They totally didn’t have to do that and it gave us another beach day. This company appreciates your business and it shows. Unit and complex was great. Very clean, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc was included. We would totally rent this unit again. We had one family of 3 and a family of 4 and it was perfect.

Not the best

The property is very close to the beach which was great as the walk was a very short one. The washer and dryer were both commercial models and washing/drying larger loads of laundry was a benefit. We do love this complex and have stayed at Ocean Club many times in the past, but we did have quite a few issues with the particular unit we were in. A work order had been put in previous to us arriving for the sliding glass door being hard to open. A representative showed up on Saturday afternoon after we had arrived to "fix" it. We were told it would need more work. Upon looking up at the ceiling between kitchen and dining room, we noticed around the AC vent that there was a lot of black dirt or mold around it. The master bath tub was not draining properly, the diverter to switch from bath to shower also would not work, and the knob to pull out to turn water on and off took both hands to use. A representative did arrive soon after us calling about the tub issues to fix the draining issue and change or fix the diverter. We were pleased at the quick arrival of the representative. We were again told more work would need to be done later. The reservoirs of the shower tub door runners was filthy with a lot of gunk in them. In the guest bath, the lever to stop up the tub in order to take a bath was so old and corroded, it fell off. In the hours before leaving at 3:30 AM, we were checking behind and under furniture for misplaced toys. Upon looking behind the loveseat, we found 3 very large bugs and just a lot of dirt caked in the runners of the sliding door. This unit could use a lot of updates and A LOT of cleaning. These issues did put quite a damper on our trip.

Great, quiet location

Family friendly location! Area is quiet and well-maintained. Pool was clean, offering plenty of seating. Condo was very clean. Kitchen offered everything I needed to prepare and serve meals!
