Welcome to your perfect Hilton Head Island getaway. This spacious three-bedroom home is ideally located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes and just a short walk to both the beach and the George Fazio Golf Course, making it an excellent choice for relaxation, recreation, and family vacations.
The fully equipped kitchen offers generous space for gathering and preparing meals, complete with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating three, and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for three. Just off the kitchen, the dining area provides comfortable seating for six, perfect for shared meals and evening conversations. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large sectional sofa, additional seating, and a 75-inch Smart TV for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun.
The main-floor primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed, HDTV, and a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom showcases a large tiled walk-in shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and a double sink vanity, creating a spa-like space to relax and recharge.
Upstairs, the first guest bedroom features a king bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds and an HDTV and shares a bathroom with the bonus room, which also includes two twin beds. This flexible layout is ideal for families or groups traveling together.
All bathrooms were fully renovated in 2026 and feature fresh coastal designer touches, adding a bright, modern feel throughout the home.
Step outside to enjoy the large private backyard, where a rectangular swimming pool invites you to cool off and soak up the Hilton Head sunshine. An outdoor dining table and Weber propane gas grill make al fresco meals easy and enjoyable. For added convenience, a walking bridge directly across the street provides quick and easy access to the beach.
The beach is just a five-minute walk away, allowing you to effortlessly enjoy Hilton Head’s beautiful shoreline any time of day.
Pool heating is available from June 1 through October 1 for an additional fee.
