I never received the door access code!! So I never stayed at the property. I did not like being forced to take a photo of my ID and credit card & send to an unknown email & phone number. Too many scams are occuring to be sending out personal info. I tried several times uploading my ID on theur verification platform with no success. I explained I never had to do this before for any previous rentals, so I offered to verify my identity in person or via video call. They said I couldn't, which seemed suspicious to me, so I never arrived at the property. Very disappointing for a rental I booked since May, four months in advance!!! Poor customer service, no other help was offered except the same request of my ID/CC via email and text. That is unsafe, and email is not recommended communication. They sent email address in the app, and it was blocked out because of this same reason. Hope no one else has to go through this!
