The room was nice, I wasn’t expecting the main door to open to the bedroom. It was smaller than expected but it woukd be perfect for a couple. The pool was close and the beach was close as well. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

This is ok for families, close enough to beach and pool. Unit is clean but dated but this is not an ocean view but a parking lot view..

An excellent value

A nice unit with a better ocean view than the listing would suggest. Very convenient to beach, pool, and tennis/pickleball courts. Recommended for a couple, perhaps with small children. Is equipped to make your stay comfortable (linens, pots/pans/silver, basic consumables, internet, television) and everything worked just fine. This is a straightforward beach rental of appropriate quality and amenities for its price. It's not a luxury hotel; it's a great inexpensive place to stay with good resort amenities. We would definitely stay at this unit if available for our next trip. I recommend it.

Bday weekend

The unit was clean and well appointed. The bed and the living room furniture were all comfortable and in good shape. Plenty of towels were provided and the beach chairs were in good shape. The plates, glasses and such were all new or nearly so. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!

relaxing getaway

This apartment is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It is close walking distance to the beach and pool, and a close drive to many great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and looks just like the pictures posted.

Family getaway

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4! We traveled with a 3 year old and seven year old and they loved the bunk beds. The bedroom is right when you enter the condo, so you can hear in the hallway but it was not an issue for us with a noise machine. The view was beautiful and we loved listening to the waves at night. The best part was location! It is right near the elevator as well as extremely short walk to the pool and beach! This was nice because we didn’t have to pack lunches and could easil walk back to eat. The condo has limited baking room (we use the oven a lot) so plan your meals accordingly. Everything else was perfect for a weekend getaway! Our boys are already asking to come back. Thanks for hosting us!

Furious - a dump, over priced, horrible administration

Pictures deceptive, it’s overlooking a parking lot. The layout of the rooms were terrible and if it says “ sleeps 6” - no way no how. Camping and dorm rooms far nicer. Cheesy, with excessive “ decorations” from the dollar store to take your eyes off the run down condition of the entire place. Location to the beach is the plus- other than that, run down, run away!

Short vacation

Short vacation at the beach. Place was comfortable, nice balcony for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the AM. Clean and easy check in process. Would stay again.

Great place

This was close to a hotel atmosphere, other than someone coming in to clean the room every day. The pool was clean and large, well maintained and able to accommodate a lot of people without feeling overcrowded. The music at the pool bar was entertaining. The rooms were a short walk away from the pool area and not much further to the beach. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for the week. The only downside to the room was the layout, with the bed right next to the front door and hallway noise, but not enough to detract from the overall great experience we had here. We would definitely rent again. Note for those with children: The built in bunks are good for young children but too small for teens or adults; plan on using the pullout couch.

Great Location, average unit but clean

The location of the property was great, on premises restaurants were good. The unit was average but clean. Only recommendation would be a new toaster...you have to hold the lever down the whole time to toast. Was first VRBO we stayed in that didn't have anything at all for preparing food like salt and pepper..but COVID precautions may account for that. They also didn't have anything at all to take to the beach like chairs, etc that other properties have...it was $40 a day if you wanted to rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach.

Such a perfect condo!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in B314! It was so clean, had everything we needed, and also had comfortable couch and beds. It's a great location to the pool and beach. We will surely be back!

Location great, condo OK

It’s all about location, and that’s why we stayed there. However, there were some major flaws! Pros, condo looks just like in pictures, it was very clean (major plus, reason I gave it 3 stars), cute decor on walls and beach is right there!! However, while the condo has been repainted and it’s probably got newer furnishings, they are CHEAP! The bed is terrible! It’s like the Grand Canyon, once you get in, you just about cannot get back out. (And no we are not heavy!). Toaster needs to be replaced, as does stove (only seemed like some of the burners worked, and you couldn’t read the dials (major safety issue, unless you are paying attention to tiny light) really all appliances need to be replaced, as well! Door to patio, is old and not in great working condition. You could not close it once you were outside! Hence, we never really sat out there. View was good from one corner. With all the fees thrown in there, this condo was almost $200/night
 Sorry, we just expected more!
