"Always on Vacation" is the perfect poolside getaway villa located in Ocean Club, a private gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach.

Ocean Club is located in the highly sought after South Forest Beach area within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which includes shopping, dining, movies, and grocery stores. 31 Ocean Club is located all on one level so pull your car into your assigned parking spot (1 spot assigned per unit) and walk ground level right into the front door for easy access (Front door Ring Camera for security purposes only). Guests staying at Ocean Club 31 enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard with 2 great patio areas facing the pool for dining or for relaxing right off of the living room or main bedroom.

The space:
This unit is bright, airy and spacious with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen. In addition there is a gas grill outside along with tables and chairs for outdoor dining! It also includes a beach wagon, Cool Cabana, adult beach chairs, 2 youth beach chairs, boogie board, small cooler and beach towels. The primary bedroom has a king size bed along with a private bathroom and walk in shower. The secondary bedroom also has a king size bed which is next to the second bathroom in the hallway. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 twin size tri fold mattresses for younger kids. There are 3 flat screen TVs with cable, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. There is ample closets and storage for all your belongings. Enjoy your days either pool-side which is just steps from the patios or take a 2 minute stroll down the private path to the beautiful beach. Ocean Club is a gated community with a seasonally heated pool (March-November). This first floor flat 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is the perfect retreat for your stay on Hilton Head Island!

Perfect spot for our family

This is a lovely condo - clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Location was perfect - right on the beach but slightly removed from the busiest part of Coligny beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Favorite Vrbo to date!

The condo was incredibly clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked. The host was very easy to work with, checked in on us, gave amazing recommendations. The property is literally steps from the beach- so nice to be able to pop back and forth. We will be saving this particular property to hopefully visit again. 10/10!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The location was perfect - mid-island, right next to the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The condo was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and Cathy was very responsive. We visited in early December, so didn't use the pool, but we loved our walks on the beach!

We spent three days at the Ocean Club, and the condo was immaculate and superbly furnished, one of the best I've experienced. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Cathy, the owner, was considerate and communicated effectively. The decor added a charming touch. The kitchen boasted new appliances, the beds were cozy, and the bathrooms spotless, complete with ample bath towels and a small starter set of shampoo and conditioner. The condo also provided all the essentials for a day at the beach. Conveniently, a shopping center with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and a grocery store was just a short walk away. It's an excellent choice for a vacation stay.

Perfect Get a Way!

Two couples met for a week of golfing, horseback riding, beaching, pickleball, biking , shopping and more! The condo was immaculate and decorated beautifully! The hostess was so easy to communicate and work with. Everything we needed was provided - morning coffee, beach chairs and towels, outside area for after wine, etc. Very comfortable! Would definitely return!

We were immediately impressed with the condo - all clean and freshly decorated - and with the tray of snacks on the table. Seems like our host had thought of everything including beach gear like chairs, towels, and shades. Also she included information on tours and dining opportunities.

Very clean and great host

We were unfortunately impacted by Tropical Storm Debby and only spent a few hours at the beach and one night at the property, but we were really impressed by how clean the property was. Everything was labeled making things easy to find, everything we could have needed in terms of cookware and dining was there and in good shape, there were beach chairs and things for the kids, snacks laid out for us, and more. The cleaning service finished early before we got there and the host proactively texted us letting us know we could check in early if we wanted.

Great Location

I personally like this location, close to shopping and easy access to the beach. Have stayed in this complex before, but this unit is even closer to the beach, therefore more convenient. Appreciated the use of the available beach chairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
