Beautiful place without a doubt however the king mattresses downstairs and upstairs were horrible, the kitchen chairs two of them were very flimsy and not having use of the elevator to load and unload was tough being in our late sixties

Wonderful location and great property.

The house was very roomy for our group. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and of course the beach location was great. Would def recommend this house for a large group!!

Amazing property with alll the amenities

We had very high expectations but this property blew those away, Beautiful home with amazing oceanfront views. We had 3 children 3 and under which were well served by the amenities provided. When questions and special needs arose the host was very responsive and stayed on task until our needs were met or exceeded.

This house was perfect. The pool and beach location were amazing!. There was construction next door but they really tried hard to be quiet. I loved this vacation!!!

Amazing location

Amazing location, great house right on beach. Host was helpful and prompt with any inquiries. Property was great but needed basic fixes, honestly nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the property but was only thing holding us back from a perfect score.

I liked that the property was away from the hustle and bustle, was close to the beach and had everything ready to go. Only improvement points would be the TVs, maintenance on the pool and window treatments ( too small)

The location was perfect, but the house itself needed a some attention. Dining room chairs that were wobbly, exposed outlet in kitchen, old furniture in one bedroom in which the drawers kept coming off track, stools at the kitchen counter that were too high for the counter itself, duct tape on the side of one bed...little things that did not significantly detract from the overall experience, but that made the house itself less than a wow.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. Wonderful location on a beautiful beach. House is very large and spacious. Furnishings were sparse and not high quality. No beach towels provided. Cushions missing on outside chairs. We expected higher quality for this price. Fair amount of trash outside from previous guests. Even dirty socks

Wonderful house and vacation

This was a short vacation for a group of ladies. We had a wonderful time. The house was large enough to have plenty of privacy. Great views and access to the beach. Had most of the things needed (not enough wine glasses). The house was very clean but needs some attention to small maintenance issues (broken latch on pool gate, curtain rod hanging on one side, dryer door difficult to close). I would definitely come back. Thanks for giving us lots of great memories!!

Great location. House could use a refresh

We just got back from our stay on HHI. The location of the house was very nice. However, I feel that for the price we paid, the furnishings should have been a little more upscale. Everything was in fairly good condition, just a little older and worn than I would have expected. There were also a lot of gnats throughout the house. I suspect that the prior renters may have had the windows/doors open, and they came in as I didn't see any source for them. The bottom floor was also not in great shape (the little golf area). The pictures must have been taken a long time ago.

Excellent Property with One Big Inconvenience

The property location, arrangement and quality of the appliances, kitchenware and bedroom/bath accommodations were fine. But an aggravating inconvenience for our party of eleven was that SEVEN of the ten dining table chairs were so wobbly that we hesitated to use them. An early call to maintenance resulted (two days later) of just uncomfortable card-table chairs, and a comment that previous resident groups had also complained about those wobbly chairs.

Not exactly what we expected.

The construction on both sides of house began at 6:45 AM and went until at least 5pm. I know it states that the homes are under construction, but did not expect 6:45 AM. Carpets were in great need of cleaning or replacing. One window was open with no way to close. We found the handles in a draw and did our best to close it. Location was great. Supplies were great.

Lives up to hype

Nice property directly on the beach. The host is Avantstay and they offer a lot of services before even arriving to property. Any questions we had during our stay was answered within 30 mins and most of our questions came at night. The only thing that could be better is the path to the beach. The weeds was growing pretty high and some of our elders struggled walking over the hill. It would be nice if getting to the beach walk way was like both neighbors properties. Their is construction taking place to the right of the house, but it was not much of an issue during our stay. They mention it prior to booking.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head staying at the "Lido" property. Check-in was a breeze via a pin pad and the house provided a wonderful place for our family to gather and make memories. The house had beach chairs on site (we had actually rented some too - I should have asked!) along with some boogie boards and beach toys. Multiple refrigerators (in garage, kitchen, game room), so plenty of room to spread out. Game room is great, but almost feels like a missed opportunity for a bedroom with a great view!! Ideas for improvement: The spa has some missing tiles that needed to be reattached and overall (compared to neighboring houses) the patio could use an upgrade. Additionally, as some guests have noted (again, just hard not to compare when you are next to two new construction/remodeled houses) the path to the beach is a bit worn. We reached out to Ruben at AvantStay and he was so accommodating. coming out and ensuring we had a safe path to the beach, but would help if this path was replaced or refinished. Lastly, nothing that can be helped but you are very close to your neighbors, if that bothers you. The only problem we had was one neighbor left the front door light on all night the entire week we stayed, which came right through the first floor bedroom (even with shades closed!). Overall, would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Hilton Head. AvantStay was so helpful and responsive the entire trip, and we were glad to have them as our hosts!

Week at Singleton

All in all we had a good week. The beds ere not very comfortable, the worst being in the upstairs master. There is a spring that pokes out. The kitchen chairs were dangerous, weak and flimsy. Could not sit on a few. The kitchen was stocked pretty well with items to cook with. The living room furniture were low to seat on and we could have used more seating. The worst thing was there was an elevator, we asked to use it because my husband has stage 4 lung cancer and a bad back. They refused us and I believe lied to us saying it was broken and couldn’t be fixed till after we would have left. I have an elevator in my home so I know it wasn’t broken. Left a sore taste in mouth.
