Lovely villa in a beautiful area close to beach

We came in for a wedding and stayed for a few nights. The whole family loved the villa. Made us feel cozy and at home. Communication with owners was the best I’ve experienced! Thank you for sharing your home with us. I would love to come back and spend longer.

Exclusive Heritage Woods

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! This is an older home in an exclusive part of Sea Pines. Fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances, well maintained home. Ideally situated between south beach, Harbour Town and Baynard Ruins. Very pet friendly with lots of places to walk the dog. Or get out on the bikes. Enjoy the comedy of squirrels and cardinals from the living room and if you are lucky the deer squad will greet you on arrival! Steve is a great host!

Wonderful, Quiet Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

This house was perfect for my wife and me for the week. It was quiet, very comfortable, and directly next to a leisure trail. The updated kitchen appliances were a treat to use and we hope to book this home again. The three bedrooms would be ideal for a small family. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Private and tranquil

We showed up and the place was clean, cool, and ready for fun. The kids loved the enclosed patio and foozball. Place was roomy and provided enough space for everyone to spread out for alone time, with plenty of space for game nights. Great place. We would recommend bikes to get to beach, but the walk is really not too bad. Just bring a backpack cooler instead of carrying it. Sea pines is great, would encourage a big shopping spree at Walmart to stock up at beginning of week. Ate at Salty Dog and Crazy Crab, both good, with the live music, walk up bar at Salty Dog, and Ice Cream a big hit.

Great location

The location was amazing. The property was clean by the house cleaners. Some maintenance needs to be addressed with a deep clean of cabinets, tile and doors. Overall we were happy and enjoyed our stay. Great location for bike riding to Harbour Town and the beach.

Feels Like Home!

This was our second visit to HHI, first time staying in Sea Pines. This house is in a great location! It feels peaceful and secluded, yet close to everything at the same time. We loved being able to walk or ride our bikes anywhere we needed to go. We loved our stay in this house - it is clean and comfortable, and it really did feel like home away from home as soon as we walked in. The Coopers were excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better experience! We look forward to staying here again soon!

Great stay at Sea Pines in Hilton Head, SC

We had a fabulous stay here at the Sea Pines gated community on Hilton Head Island. The 3 bath, 2 bedroom home was just right for my family of four (including two teens) but easily could have fit a larger group. We spent time at the beautiful beaches within Sea Pines, biking on the bike paths, and enjoying restaurants and horseback riding at Lawton's Stables. We can't wait to return!

Lovely location and comfortable stay

We had such a lovely time in Hilton Head! Sea Pines is a gorgeous neighborhood and it was an ideal location for our family. The house was exactly what we needed, simple and comfortable furnishings in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. The hosts are gracious and attentive. We appreciated their clear instructions and thoughtful touches like having games, beach towels, chairs to use. We were able to rent bikes and have them delivered and there waiting for us. The house is right on the bike path, a short ride to the beach, and it was so much fun exploring the area. If we return to HH for a future visit, we would happily stay here again!

Location, location, location

Location, location, location. Great property in Sea Pines in one of the original cottages. We were literally on the bike path and less than a mile from the beach. Just a beautiful location and very responsive hosts.

Our family can’t say enough good things about this rental! The house was very clean, in the perfect location, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the bike trails, as well as the proximity to the beach and area attractions. We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again!

Delightful Location in Sea Pines

The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. While it is an older home, the appliances are new, everything is in good working order, it is nicely and we were very happy to find a place that was well equipped to house our 2 dogs.

A Wonderful Week!

We had a great time staying here and celebrating the 4th of July in Sea Pines. This was our second time to this property, and we will be back again! We love the house, the neighborhood, the bikes and the proximity to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Everything is within a short bike or car ride and the trail right out the back yard was perfect for biking and running. Last but definitely not least, we love that we can bring our dog! The owner was also super responsive and helpful when we had any questions or needed anything. It was a wonderful week for our whole family.

Great location. Upgrades are great, but needs some love.

The new floors in the living, dining and bedrooms are amazing and work well after a beach day and having pets. Beach accessories are great (chairs, towels). Dish and laundry detergent and trash bags were great to have to get us started for the week. Having bikes was a huge bonus, the two chains broke and could use a tune up. Bathrooms and kitchen needed a solid cleaning before use.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay mostly because the ease of the reservation and the location of the rental. The home is some what out dated but since we spent very little time inside it wasn’t a big deal to us. The appliances are top notch and the little extras such as the wine and the dog basket were thoughtful. We used the bikes daily. Thanks for sharing your home.

Awesome Stay in Hilton Head

We loved everything about this property. It is exactly as described in other reviews- an older but very well maintained home in a great location. This was our first time to Hilton Head. We drove down with our dog and the home was perfect for all of us. Having the car allowed us to explore more of the Island - it’s bigger than we realized - but we found that it was easier and preferable to bike. Having the bikes at the property was super convenient! We were going to bring ours down but beach cruisers with baskets are definitely the way to go! We cooked several meals onsite but also got out to experience a few of the local restaurants which were fantastic! We loved our time in Sea Pines and enjoyed corresponding with the owners who are so nice and were so helpful!! We hope to get back to Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach

The house and reviews are accurate. Beautiful location, comfortable home and we loved the short bike ride to beach plus all the bike trails. Owner was always available with questions. We were unsure about beach access and other features of sea pines such as trolley, etc. A welcome binder explaining all this would have been helpful more so than outdated brochures in drawers. We understood the house was older but still very nice. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans could be updated. But overall a wonderful stay!!

Great Location

Loved the location of this house. The owners even left treats for our dogs. There are so many bike trails in Sea Pines that are perfect for walking our dogs and riding the bikes. The house was bright and airy. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were pretty hard.

Great Location in Sea Pines

Perfect spot in Sea Pines for biking, walking and just relaxing in general. Almost equidistant between South Beach and Harbour Town and an easy bike ride or drive to either. Four bikes were provided as part of stay at the house. Bike path is accessible directly behind the house. This is an older house in the Sea Pines area but still very functional. Appliances are updated and very nice. Bathrooms are dated and provide little counter space, but workable. We ate about half of our meals at the house and the cookware/silverware, etcetera, served us well. Nice dining room and table that can seat six comfortably. Three bedrooms all decent size with plenty of room to spread out. Seats and umbrella on patio provide a nice spot for outside relaxing time. Patio Area is nicely hidden from the convenient bike path beside the house by trees and shrubs. A very nice stay for us and would certainly stay there again.
