What unforgettable trip it was. The place near to everything. ( to the beach, hotels & restaurants) . The room clean , the AC works perfect . My entire family likes this place & the rooms. Been here before but not in this complex. I take one star off cuz, the master bed room shower wasn’t work & I infirm same day but not get any respond ( it wasn’t work the entire time ) . Thanks

RBC week

This villa was the perfect setting for the RBC golf tournament. When not spectating at the course, I had a spectacular view of Harbor Town and the lighthouse from the patio.The villa is quite nice. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. And the owners have left plenty of extras to enjoy while you’re relaxing at the villa.

Good condo, but had some dislikes

The condo was beautiful, but our biggest issue was the smell. We're not sure if someone before us smoked, but that's what it smelled like. It smacked us in the face every time we walked in. We also wished they had stand-up fans available for the really hot, sticky nights. There are no ceiling fans, so a box fan even would have been nice. Otherwise, the master bed was CRAZY comfy and the master shower is wonderful! Loved the layout and the decor and the view!

Fall Fun with Sisters

We loved this condo and it was perfect for me and my two sisters. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and well stocked and the looked new. We had trouble figuring our washer and dryer but we are all seniors citizens. We loved that it was on the ground level. We would love to stay here again😊

FANTASTIC LOCATION

I wanted special time with my granddaughter and her classmate. The condo was clean, extremely well stocked and the sleeping arrangements exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property to small groups of no more than 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped for any needs. LOVED IT!

To keep it short and sweet, it was a fantastic trip to HHI and my first time staying in Sea Pines.My only complaint is the and this has nothing to do with the property/owner but the community pool could use some work and some cleaning. The villa was great and they have thought of everything for you. We will definitely be back next year!!! The location is great.

Nice villa, enjoyed our stay, but

The good: -Great location -Lovely villa -Well equipped -Very clean The bad: -The rental company (Host2Coast) was not helpful when I asked what kind of coffee maker was in the unit. We brought our own Keurig and ground coffee to be sure we could make coffee, hot chocolate and tea. -The security code to access the villa that we received was incorrect. We had to call after hours to get the correct information. The person we contacted was helpful and solved the problem quickly.

Very thoughtful host, excellent location.

The host really thought of everything when it comes to this condo. Bottles of wine available for guests, full kitchen and coffee bar, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs a wagon and all the beach toys kids could need we’re also available. Our family had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back to this unit in the future. Thank you!

Great little place

This was a great condo. Everything was as described. The walk to beach was less than 2 minutes. Very quiet, secluded area away from traffic and busy areas. Twin beds were much more comfortable than the king bed which was pretty firm. Hosts had thought of everything... beach chairs, beach toys, shade, cart, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Great and Not Great- no AC for 3 days

The property was clean, exactly as described and a great location. I would give 5 stars except the AC was not working when we arrived. We arrived on Sunday at around 4pm. The check in was easy and all was well except it was hot. We attempted to notify the office (2 phone numbers, went to the office and even sent an email).about the AC but no one answered. So we waited until morning. The next morning we notified the property managers and they had someone come out that day. They informed us later that the AC would be fixed that day but then later told us the AC repairman needed a part and by the time he got the part it was after hours so we would have to wait for the next day. They gave us fans from the office. The next afternoon we came back from the beach and still no AC. The property manager informed us that they had decided to go with another repairman and we would have to wait til they could come out and assess the problem. There solution for the night was to have us pack up all our stuff and move somewhere else for a night and then move back in the morning. Finally on Day 4 in the afternoon the AC was fixed. The temperatures that week were 80+ degrees. We are pretty easy going people and have owned a rental property before so overall we understood that the AC going out is not in there control but choices were made that extended the time period we had to spend in a hot environment. On top of that my mother is 81 years old so the heat was very hard on her. For all of this they refunded one night. I would say this is a great place to stay unless there is a problem at which time be prepared to not have it taken care of in a timely fashion.

Perfect Bike Ride To Beach

Great location to ride to the beach! Also close enough to walk to the Salty Dog restaurant. Very clean place and was well stocked. There is extra beach chairs and sand toys in the dining room closet and extra beach towels in the large bathroom closet if you need extras.

First time to Sea Pines did not disappoint!

The property was clean, tastefully decorated and in a perfect location convenient to the beach and South Beach marina. The owner’s extra amenities made us feel more like guests than renters. It was so nice to have books, beach chairs, kitchen condiments, etc to use. The complimentary wine made us feel like welcomed guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning!
