The management company, Vacasa, negatively impacted our experience at what is otherwise a beautiful property. They misrepresented the homeâs accessibility, which made the stay extremely difficult for our family and prevented my disabled mother from enjoying much of the trip. This misrepresentation meant my parents missed out on key parts of the vacation we had planned together.To make matters worse, Vacasa repeatedly gave us incorrect pool access codes and only resolved the issue after contacting the property owners directly. While they eventually offered a small refund (around 5% of the total cost) for the accessibility misrepresentation, it does not come close to making up for the lost time, stress, and exclusion caused by their lack of transparency and responsiveness.
