New to the vacation rental market for summer 2025, 2387 Lighthouse Tennis offers guests a relaxing vacation experience! This fully remodeled, newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat offers beautiful views of the Sea Pines landscape from the main living areas.
The open-concept floor plan has a comfortable living area with a Smart TV and access to the private balcony- the perfect spot to birdwatch and enjoy your morning coffee. The dining area beyond seats 4, and the well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals for during your stay.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a luxurious private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and has a direct access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The owner of the property has left 4 beach chairs for guests to use!
Lighthouse Tennis Villas is located just a short walk from Harbour Town and the plethora of shops, dining and water sports options that surround the marina. Guests of our Lighthouse Tennis Sea Pines villa can enjoy a beautifully maintained community pool and private tennis courts. A free shuttle is offered seasonally to take guests to the beach, though the beach is just a short bike ride away!
Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; $17.00 per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
