The property was super cute and a perfect fit for our group of five! It’s in a great location—definitely within walking distance to the beach, though renting bikes makes the trip much easier and faster. We had a wonderful trip and would 100% stay here again! The only minor drawback was a lack of clear expectations regarding initial supplies and fees. We would have loved a heads-up in the listing on a few details: Resort Pass Fee: It’s $20 per car (not per person) for a weekly Sea Pines pass. Towel Allowance: You receive two bath towels per person (and our group was shorted the fifth set). Because of this, expect to do laundry and bring/buy your own laundry detergent. Starter Supplies: The house only comes with starter supplies (3 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a mini dish soap, and 1 dishwasher pod). We were completely fine purchasing extra supplies, but discovering what was missing after our initial grocery run made things a bit tedious. Knowing these details in advance would make the stay seamless. Overall, a fantastic property!
