We had a lovely time, even with the rain.The condo was as expected and we enjoyed the amenities.Our cat was right at home, especially with the screened in porch.We did a lot of biking and we found a few nice places to have dinner.

It was wonderful! Villa was well equipped. When we weren’t at the beach we were on the screened in porch. If there was a TV out there my husband would’ve been out there more but I was very happy with the tranquility of the space.

Beach stay

The condo looks exactly like the pictures, bright and beachy. It came with anything we would need in the kitchen and a wagon and chairs for the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of roomFor the 5 of us. The condo complex was nice and permanent residents there were all very friendly as well. The pool was close, clean and water temperature was comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach, not right on the beach but we knew that ahead of time. We enjoyed the screened in porch at night. We would definitely stay here again. Host was always easy to communicate with and prompt. Overall wonderful stay and we loved the area!

Beautiful Villa, Great Location!

The villa was beautifully decorated in a coastal theme and was perfect for our week-long stay. The screened-in patio was delightful. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants were a 20 minute walk. We highly recommend staying here.

Siblings trip

It was a great place for our first siblings trip to HHI. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our time in your condo. It does have a musty smell each time you enter the place. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and 2 coffee makers!

We had the misfortune of booking a family vacation that coincided with Hurricane Debby, but thankfully the owners were responsive and helpful in the days leading up to our arrival. When we finally made it to Hilton Head, the condo was clean and checkin was a breeze. Great location and easy walk/drive to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Tons of board games and dvds for rainy days as well. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My family of four (two kids under 5) had the best time at our 5 day getaway to Hilton head. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect and the screened in porch was really the cherry on top. The hosts were so kind, helpful and informative. We will definitely be back!

The apartment itself was wonderful! Gorgeously decorated and we enjoyed the screened in porch immensely! The walk to the beach was a quick and easy 10 min (with a 3yo). The only issue was the dumpster overflowing with trash was right next to the apartment and stayed that way through the week. We couldn't see it, but unfortunately could smell it. Once this issue is resolved by the property management (not the owners of the listing) this will be a great find!

Hilton Head Getaway

Overall it was a nice stay. The porch was our favorite part of the condo. We took many naps on it. We brought our own bikes and used Alder Beach access when visiting the beach. It was way less crowded than Coligny. They have a restaurant and snowcone stand at the entrance that we visited frequently. The pool closest to the condo was small. We preferred the larger pool that was a short walk away. We would stay here again.

Clean and efficient apartment

That patio!

This was an amazing property. The location was fantastic, it had everything we needed, and the decor was fun and beachy. But the absolute best part was the patio. We had coffee out there every morning, a few afternoon happy hours, and even enjoyed our meals out there. So beautiful and relaxing! We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys. Thanks for a great stay!

Charming, spacious and location!

We enjoyed 5 nights at this charmingly decorated beach condo. The location is an easy walk to a portion of the beach that is far less crowded than near the Coligny plaza area. Loved having the beach wagon and toys for the kiddos. The unit itself is far more spacious than the photos depict, which was a nice surprise. And the screened in porch is a lovely way to bookend each day. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Villa

This is a fantastic property for a family vacation. Short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the pool. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Pat and Ellen were wonderful hosts, they provided us with so much information and recommended some fun family friendly activities. We will definitely be back!

Great Hilton Head Condo

We had a great stay at the condo. We especially loved the location. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Close to Coligny Plaza which has lots of shops and restaurants. Condo beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Host provides a binder full of information about the Island which we found really helpful. Would definitely recommend this condo!!!

Best family vacation!

We loved staying here this last week! It was our first time visiting HHI and this was the best location. We could have biked to Colingy Beach and Plaza easily, but we had a rental car and drove everywhere. I loved the location to every thing on the island. The interior itself was perfect, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed!!
