No complaints, Great Staff, check in was a breeze.

Room was okay, parking lot was a little tight, mind you I was in a truck. Entry points were accessible with key card, which was convenient. No need to have to go through the lobby each time to access the building. Seems to be a ‘go to’ option for a hotel as the place had a lot of guests checked in during my stay. (Which was reassuring that it’s a good hotel) Lots of foot traffic in the hallways but while in my room I heard no noise or disruptions. Friendly staff, I was greeted each time I walked by the front desk. I would choose this location again for future visits to Hinton.

Excellent Room and Service, worth the price I paid

My hubby and I got upgraded to the newly renovated room so everything in the room was new: we have the king-sized bed (originally booked for 2 twin beds only), a living room complete with the large tv and couch, the washroom was top-notch clean and quality, and to top it all, our room is located near the lobby, the swimming pool and even the parking lot, which made it accessible for everything. The Filipino lady staff who assisted us during our check in and check out processes were both helpful, cheerful and accommodating.

Too much sound in the lobby. No TV channel access. Booked hotel with breakfast included, Hotel staff said it was Expedia error and denied breakfast without fees. As a guest last thing you want issues is the basic amenities including food. No hor breakfast provided as main floor restaurant not open. The stuff offered on breakfast was not worth $15. Room was good, clean. Would have been better if we had less outside noise. I would mention Linda or Linda, after a bit of heated argument as she blamed us for not booking with breakfast later blamed Expedia for the confusion regarding breakfast. I will still recommend her as she tried to help. I would also like to thank Bob for mediating. He offered refund of cost of breakfast. This was after our request to cancel our bookings with Holiday Inn but staff at Holiday Inn said we would lose all our money paid for reservations. If this was Expedia mistake, Expedia should amend their booking systems as it creates for hassle. We had to accept cold take out breakfast from Holiday Inn as Expedia advisor Bob mentioned he will not accept bills of breakfast bought outside of Holiday Inn. The stay was terrible as we were not even able to sleep properly as too much noise in the lobby (not good insulation). Our bookings were till June 30, however we decided to leave by areond 5pm on June 29th. No grudges against hotel staff as I think they said what they saw on the system. Bob from Expedia also tried to help.Experience could have been better. SAD

The stay was okay. It was not mentioned that the dining room is under renovation and breakfast won’t be buffet style. I paid extra for breakfast only to find out they will give breakfast of their choice… which i didn’t want. Moreover, our room had 2 queen beds - which makes the room good for 4 people. But the washroom in the room was extremely small
