Clean room and many shop and restaurant nearby. Stay 3 nights that nice to go around Jasper. Only toiletries not complete... no hairdryer and body soaps and shampoo.. Need to request. If provided with it .. 5 stars.

The property looked a bit rundown. It needed work. The room was pretty good but we had a small bed and we booked a queen bed. We had to walk through a large puddle of water on the second floor walkway that could have been taken care of.

The price was much better than most around the Jasper/Banff National Parks. The outside of the property was not impressive which made me wonder about the inside. However, I was pleasantly surprised walking in to find a remodel with appropriate lighting and nice furnishings. We had a good night’s sleep and ready to go for the next day. The managers of the property were so helpful with excellent recommendations for dinner and activities.

Seriously one of the best motels we’ve stayed in both in the US and Canada. Wonderful customer service! We were skeptical at first because it’s hard to believe reviews you see. But, this motel exceeded our expectations! You will not be disappointed! Very pleasant and peaceful accommodation!
