Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. But condition of the property is poor. They have it the AC on mode heating. So we had to open the windows and all the noise from the street don't let me rest trains was passing every 5 mts

Our room was so tiny and had lots of stains on the wall. The free breakfast is a nice perk but the line for food was ridiculous. Also seating was very limited. We ended up buying food at Lawsons since the line was at the elevators. The staff were very nice and made check in easy. Location wise its close to all the major sites.

Hotel is in an excellent location, services are very good. We like the breakfast a lot. Hotel also has a coin operated laundry room which is great.

Free breakfast was nice! Had a bad experience where someone took our still wet clothes out of the dryer and brought it to the front desk. Was very upset about that and the dryer had only been “done” for 2 minutes (the time it took to get down to the laundry room) the elevators are very slow. I wouldn’t recommend washing your clothes here, if you’re drying it probably will take 5 dryer rotations to fully dry. Good location though.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast service as both of us got a gastric bug while travelling. The staff were great at accommodating our situation, and even rang ahead to the emergency hospital to check the waiting time, when we thought one of us may need medical intervention, along with the same night attendee checking in to see how we were each evening. However when we asked for a late checkout on the morning of our departure we were asked to pay for the extra hour, disappointing customer service given we hadn’t eaten any of their free breakfast menu over our four night stay.

Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and the common sitting area was nice with free coffee etc. The bedroom was decent sized for the price and location. Good bathroom. Slight musty smell probably because of some damp, but this was overcome by the air purifier in the room. Some great eats nearby. Would recommend.

Staff were great! Actual hotel was a little tired and in need of an update. Great location for the peace garden and museum. JR pass is great for the loop buses to all the attractions. Overall a comfortable stay

The hotel was fine and the staff were very helpful. I wished there were more lifts. This was because at certain times of the day. If you were staying on a lower floor, it took some time to get access to the lift.
