Highly recommended! First of all, I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Japanese people are always kind, but at this hotel, I felt they went beyond my expectations. The front desk ladies were always smiling, polite, and respectful. Another good thing to mention is that the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and surprisingly, it isn’t noisy.

First and foremost the staff are super excellent .They treat as a family member : always with a natural smile and warmth in their eyes . With that welcome everything else just becomes irrelevant . The housekeeping team is good ! Rooms are a little small but very efficient and comfortable . Excellent bath and toilet facilities. They helped us with directions, ordered taxis , helped us understand the laundry machines and so on . Nothing was too small for the team . They are quite comfortable with English . Hotel is close to Hiroshima railway station : making it easy to get food and supplies even after midnight ! Very convenient location!!

Great location and friendly staff. Amenities in room were nice and breakfast pastries were a nice touch as well. My rating unfortunately had to be lower mainly because of the state of the carpet in the room. Stains everywhere and a bit disconcerting. I am sure it is fine and sanitary but the look is just so bad. Definitely would raise the rating if it were replaced with a patterned carpet that hid stains better or even hardwood ideally. Other than that no complaints. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

건물 외부와 건물 내 방음이 거의 안 되나봅니다. 침대 헤드와 전기포트 뚜껑 위에 하얗게 먼지가 쌓여있는 호텔은 처음이었고요. 검은색 예쁜 발뮤다 커피포트 위에 눈이 내렸더라고요. 화장실 세면대 위에 놓여있는 핸드워시 뚜껑 분리되는 부분 아래에 더러운 게 빙 둘러 끼어있었고요. 청소 상태는 더 이상 말하지 않아도… 만원 받고 룸 업그레이드 해줄거면 깨끗한 방이라도 주던지, 신박한 경험을 제공해준 호텔.
