Over priced, overly crowded , old and outdated

There is no security between the floors in this hotel. So you can use the lift to go to any floor without a room key card. This also works for people off the street so make sure not to leave valuables in your room as the door is open when they clean. The layout of the room means the bathroom and toilet open directly into the sleeping area and the hand basin is in the open facing your bed. Our room smelled strongly of bleach because of the shower and it was was not pleasant. The carpet was dirty in our room and could use a stream clean. The club lounge is very small, with very few options so don't waste your money getting the upgrade. The breakfast queue was very long and if you go after 7.30 am expect to be waiting for the plethora of tour groups to take their time.

Perfect location across from Hiroshima train station. Nice big rooms, decent breakfast but like most Japan hotels it doesn’t cater to Westeners for breakfast. Runny eggs, boiled meats etc. but that’s a small detail in an overall great hotel.

Great train location and amazing breakfast

The location is awesome if you want to be next to the train station. It is 1.5 to 2.5 miles away from all the major attractions. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing, it was great to get up have a great breakfast and then head out to explore everyday. The bath tub in the room was awesome to take a hot bath at the end of the day. There are no views of the city or anything except train tracks and the drop off for the train. If you love amazing views this place doesn’t have them. Other hotels will have views of parks and water. The train station has lot of restaurants, shopping and even a great little grocery store all within a few minute walk of this hotel.

Great location

Great location for a break on Hiroshima - as so near to Shinkansen station - with bus and trams all finishing there. Took train to Miyakoma island and retirement via tram. Also lots of good value and quality restaurants recently opened in a big station development. We had a great city view as also room are 8th floor or more. Went to top bar for a drink but was empty and felt soulless. Timing was probably the issue - no one there - didn’t eat in hotel but picked up Some quality cakes from coffee shop !
