The staff here are very helpful and friendly. It’s a nice location for walking around with tons of shopping and dining and coffee options. 5 min walk from Saigon Center, walking street, and the Apt cafe.

On my first night, I had a bad experience. I felt itchy on my legs. I woke up around 3 am and turned the light on. I noticed there were some dirt on the bed sheet. I had to get them off by my hands. I complained about it in the morning. The hotel needs to make sure the room is clean inside out after the guests checked out. So the new guests won't suffer like this.

Flooded even rain just poured for a few hours. We couldn’t walk anywhere. Taxi didn’t want a short distance ride back to the hotel. We walked with our shoes deep in the flooded trash.

The hotel itself was clean with efficient check in. One staff, young guy who was exceptional! I was surprised to see graffiti on the wall across the street and a bunch of stuff on the sidewalk that made it impossible to walk through. Breakfast was very good. And there is a convenience store a couple of doors down. There are a few things about this place that did not sit right with me but not so that I will downrate it. May be good for other people.

The hotel is an excellent location, walking distances to Japan town, the river, shops and many excellent dining options are close by. The staff speak English and are very helpful. My only complaint is the walk in shower door is not properly sealed so it is easy to flood the bathroom if you are not careful.
