Whe we where 5 minutes away from our stay, we contacted the manager they said out room was not available and could offer the 2 bedroom room and a 1 bedroom room for our family so we got separated from our kids and where on different levels, we where also not told that out room key could not get us up to where they where staying so we then got stuck in the elevatoer was very scary, our room was dirty and ripped wall paper air con did not work properly, we would never recommened this place very unreliable and unsafe apartment building, stay near cafe apartments it is a nicer area

Overall it was a nice stay. Could have done better with having more kitchen ware. Booking was for 3 people but we only had two plates. The hanging bar in the bathroom was hot glued and coming out. Close to District 1, so you can just cross over the bridge and walk across most of the tourist places

Before we even got to the apartment they wanted money from us but we already pay through this website . On arrival they could not access our room so we were moved to a rather inadequate one to say the least. Whilst out sight seeing the next day we received a message informing us they had moved our room which in fairness was slightly better ,but they had thrown our belongings into our cases leaving our toiletries and clothes hangers behind which we never got back. Coming and going at all hours even though there is plenty of security which is more than needed as there are plenty of unsavory people hanging around at all times. Whilst getting ready to leave a gentleman knocked on the room and said are you still here two hours before check out. The rep was supposed meet us to take care of our cases as we had five hour wait before the airport after numerous calls no answer and security said we must wait outside and post the room/door access card in the box with no access to the toilet and the weather was on the turn which was not good due to the area. So with no choice we had to take a taxi to the airport and spend our remaining time there far from ideal when you have twenty hours of travelling ahead of you too say the service was poor is an understatement.
