Overall review of my stay

I was only given 1 key and electronic in the room does not operate while I’m out due to not putting the key in the slot. I had to request twice just to get fresh towels which should’ve been offered during my 5 days stay. Bed was making a lot of noise and I could literally hear my next door coughing. Staffs are friendly. Especially Kevin and Andy made sure I was happy until the day I checked out and they came out and waited for my taxi to arrive. Overall happy but things could be improved little.

Staff are really kind and helpful, especially Wy and Suee. Their breakfast was very delicious and well displayed. I would recommend to book this hotel for your stay in Saigon.

Don't go in the pool!!!!!

We received second degree chemical burns from the chlorine in the pool. Manager just gave excuses. At least my ten year old bathing suit bleached to looking new, LoL. It's too bad this manager had no remorse or empathy.. This is a lovely little hotel.. The staff, other than the manager, are exceptional. It's clean, location is great, bed is comfortable enough...

Great location and service.

The service here is great. Kevin greated me once I got there and provided exceptional service during my whole stay. I usually need a lot of ice and they brought it to me quickly when requested. The location is also perfect and is walkable to many places. I will stay here again when I come back. My stay was amazing.

Our stay in your hotel was excellent, location was great close to center of the city, staff was very helpful especially breakfast staff, Wy and Suee as well. It was also very nice to get free upgrade. We will definitely stay in your hotel in the future.
