It was truly comfortable. Even though the space is small, it’s very well designed and organized. Suitable for couples and close friends. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean. The host, Phuong, was kind and helpful, and explained everything we needed to know. The washing machine and dryer are right at the entrance, which made them very convenient to use. From towels and toothbrushes to a kettle and cups, most daily necessities were provided.

The place was clean and perfect! Easy to get to and easy to go around various tourist spot in HCMC. The cafe downstair is nice too and it is located near a convenience store as well as local stalls. Very cute room and the TV comes with Netflix. I feel right at home and will definitely book this place again! Phuong was also very quick to respond when I have questions.

Would definitely stay at this place again! Comfortable, clean and the host communicated really well to ensure our stay was good. Being in district 1, it helps that is near most hotspots. It’s also a cool house. Only thing is that it’s on the 3rd level so carrying your luggage’s up 3 flights of stairs could be a bit tough. But apart from that - it’s a great home away from home

Location was perfect, 10 mins away from all the action in District 1, but also very peaceful and trendy neighbourhood with coffee shops, bars and a very good Pho restaurant! The apartment itself was very clean and as exactly as described, would definitely recommend !

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was very kind and quickly responded whenever I reached out. The location is very quiet and is not too far from the district #1 which has many sightseeing spots. The apartment is clean and well organized thus we had no trouble while we stayed. The room was so pretty, clean, and cozy — just perfect for my vibe. It’s located right in the city center, so getting anywhere was super convenient. The space was well-furnished with everything I needed, and even the laundry service was very reasonable. The host was amazing — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond with all the info I needed. The whole experience felt warm and comfortable, like staying at a friend’s place. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town!

This place was exactly as advertised for me. The price was great, and it was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was cold, the linens were clean, and all the basic amenities were provided—just like staying in a hotel. The apartment was spacious, light and well equipped with good working aircon and wifi. I liked the location on the river surrounded by trees and being nearby to lots of good restaurants. I didn’t find noise a problem but then I sleep with earplugs. The mini balcony area was handy to dry clothes.

The location is fantastic. I walked across the river for restaurants and shops. I love the pool and the gym there. The hosts were responsive and helpful. You can find cheaper places in the city, to be sure, but I think the value here is outstanding.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Amazing house with many little cafés and bars inside the house. The stairs are a bit tough with the luggage but manageable. Special experience and definitely recommendable stay in HCMC.

A fantastic place—clean, comfortable, and very spacious. While it’s a bit far from the city center, Grab and Xanh SM are quite cheap, which actually gives it a peaceful, 'away from the hustle and bustle' feel.
