Large house, centrally located with amazing views

This large five-bedroom home is in a central location on a quiet street, and offers stunning views from almost every room.
It is the ideal place to base yourself during your time in Hobart.
You can take the bus right outside the front door, which will get you to the city in about fifteen to twenty minutes.
If you have a car it is only a short drive to Hobart CBD, Salamanca and MONA.
A café, news agency, chemist, petrol station and corner stores are all close by.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
The large centrally located home is spacious with lots of light.

It consists of five bedrooms, one main bathroom, an en-suite, and a sink and toilet in the fourth bedroom downstairs.

The large loungeroom has three leather couches and a recliner which comfortably fits ten people, has a smart TV with Netflix, Stan, and Kayo.
This room also provides a reverse cycle heat pump to keep you warm during the chilly day/nights.
It also has a Nintendo Wii console/controllers and Wii games, there are also plenty of board games and toys for kids of all ages to keep them amused while the adults relax.

The kitchen has an air fryer, a stove, utensils, supplies, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker to help you prepare gourmet meals. It also has an eight-person dining table and a high chair.

Adults and children alike will enjoy the deck and backyard. There is a little gas BBQ for use and a little eating table and seats to sit out and take in the natural air.
Outside, near the clothesline, there is a Totem tennis pole that everyone of all ages can enjoy.

The laundry is upstairs with a washing machine and washing liquid for your use.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, with an en-suite.

Bedroom two has a queen bed.

Bedroom three has two single beds with toys for the kids.

Bedroom four has a queen bed, fold out sofa bed/couch, and a sink and toilet. This room also provides a reverse cycle heat pump to keep you warm during the chilly day/nights.

Bedroom five has a double bed, with a basketball hoop/games table, a smart TV, Wii console, portable heater and DVD player.

An additional heater is located in the hallway, some beds have an electric blanket during the winter months.

A cot can be requested if you need one, and linen will also be provided.

There is a bath and a shower in the main bathroom, and each bathroom has a hairdryer and supplies.

There is no wheelchair access at this property.
