We were in apartment 1A. Great location overlooking the harbour. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We booked reserved parking which allowed us to come and go without any parking hassles. We would stay there again.

Great 4 night stay, clean. Mostly quiet a little noise from some extra happy people leaving a music place down the road nothing terrible for a Saturday night.. in saying that only I heard that in room with balcony other room heard nothing.. Staff were very accommodating we had a shower chair delivered and picked up with out a issue. Great stay, we would stay again!!

On arrival heater was not working and electric oven, management gave us 2 electric convectors, very cold night for a 2 storey penthouse with large windows, requested compensation for the 1 night, would not and did not compensate the 1 night only to state in an email, not in their policy, and to say we were compensated with another penthouse. Especially pleased that I booked direct through Hotel.com as they tried to get compensation from Sullivan's with no result. Hotel.com were fantastic and could see reason to compensate me which I am very grateful. Very disappointing that Sullivan's Cove Apartments took days to respond to my email of complaint and have failed to see that under Australian Consumer Law, no heating is a major failure.
