Room and staff were great as well as breakfast. Only issue was the gas was turned off for several hours due to gas smell. Not the fault of the hotel.

Very outdated.

The room we stayed in was old. It had a very musty smell. Somewhat like mildew. The bathroom was very dated had a stain in the tub and had a very odd spigot to turn the shower on. At check in they tried to charge me multiple times even though I already paid on Hotels.com. I had to repeatedly argue with them to get them to sort it all out. We would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

The room had a horrible odor. We contacted the front desk and they apologized but that was all. Said they would try to find another room for us but never did. Carpet was filthy. Had to use shoes to walk to the bathroom. Staff was ok. Food was ok.

The hotel is great, nicer than others in the vicinity. There is no pool, when Google results show up for Hampton Inn Hobbs there is a pool shown. Great location too.
