Also on the ground floor, 1 room features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own flat screen satellite TV. A large kitchen and living room combines generous cooking and dining facilities, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom on this level includes a bath and WC.
